Preparation & Integration Support

Powerful experiences can open us suddenly to profound insight, expanded awareness and new emotional sensitivity. They can be the catalyst for real change. They can also challenge us — opening places in us that are difficult to be with, or leaving us feeling unmoored in the weeks that follow.

Integration is the process of making sense of these experiences and helping them come into healthy relationship with the whole of who we are.

Sessions may include reflective dialogue, emotional processing, embodiment and nervous system awareness, relational exploration, grounding practices and integration of insight into daily life. The work is collaborative and responsive to where you are.

I offer a non-judgmental, compassionate space where I am interested in what is going on for you and how you are feeling. It is a space where together we can find a way that supports you to be with the process you are in and help you to find your ground.

Scope of Practice

This work is best suited to individuals who are able to engage in reflective process, willing to engage with ongoing self-inquiry, and psychologically minded.
