I offer focused integration containers to support you in this time of change and inquiry. They provide a holding for your process to be seen and heard, explored and understood.
Initial Consultation
A 30-minute video call to hear what is going on for you, answer any questions, and for us both to get a feel for whether it is right to work together.
6-Session Integration Container
Six weekly sessions providing focused, short-term support for a specific experience or transition.
3-Month Integration Container
Thirteen weekly sessions offering deeper ongoing integration and holding over time.
Longer-term work is available where appropriate following consultation.
